Weekend Airbnb Cleaner (Part-Time)

Location: Dane County

Patriot Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Weekend Cleaner to support our short-term rental (Airbnb) properties throughout Dane County, Wisconsin.

This position focuses on preparing vacation rental homes between guest stays by ensuring each property is clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining high cleaning standards.

Schedule & Hours

• Part-time position

• Approximately 5–10 hours per week, with additional hours available based on operational needs and employee availability. 

• Primarily weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

• Occasional Friday and Monday shifts based on guest turnover schedules

• Flexible scheduling based on property bookings and business needs

This position is not eligible for company benefits. Hours will remain below full-time eligibility thresholds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare Airbnb properties between guest stays

• Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

• Change linens and make beds

• Restock guest supplies and amenities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of the property

• Remove trash and ensure properties are presentable for incoming guests

• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and readiness standards are met

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs promptly

• Coordinate with management regarding property readiness and turnover schedules

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual who can work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, and consistently helps create a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or custodial experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Working smartphone required (must be comfortable using apps, texting, and email)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, carrying supplies, and standing for extended periods

• Dependable attendance and punctuality, especially on weekends

Additional Information

• Work performed on-site at short-term rental properties throughout Dane County

• Travel between properties may be required

• Employees are reimbursed for approved mileage incurred while clocked in and traveling between company properties during their scheduled workday. Mileage reimbursement is reflected on each paycheck, when applicable.
