  • The fire code permits 2 people per bedroom.

  • YES, all of our properties require Renter’s Insurance.

  • All of our properties are SMOKE-FREE buildings. Smoking is not allowed within 30 feet of Apartments/Units.

  • The typical time it takes to process an application is 3-7 days. This can vary depending on the circumstances at play. 

  • Select properties allow pets, not all. We have a $250 deposit per pet and a $40 per pet monthly fee. Tenants are allowed two pets per unit. Must be under 35 lbs. Aggressive breeds are not permitted.

  • Yes, we offer short-term rentals. Availability varies by property. Short-term rentals have a minimum of 3 months and cost an additional 25% of the market rent.

  • Patriot Properties accepts all forms of assistance to help you get into your new rental.

  • Applications are valid for 30 days only. If you do not sign a lease within that amount of time, you will need to fill out a new application, as we CANNOT hold/reserve units.
